ELEMTL is small on purpose: 12 men, 3 crews, 1 island.

This is not a content seminar or a chill vacation. It’s a lived experience where other men are counting on you to show up fully. Because of that application does not equal acceptance. We review every application and only invite men who are a fit for the work and for the group.

If you’re considering applying, read this slowly:

What you can expect from ELEMTL

• You’ll be placed in a four‑man crew for half the day and with all 12 the other half.
• You’ll sweat, carry weight, get uncomfortable, and be asked to lean in instead of hanging back.
• You’ll spend your days on mission shoulder‑to‑shoulder, and your nights around the fire integrating what the day exposed.
• Before you arrive, you’ll complete a short “Elemental Profile” so we can place you in a crew that both supports you and stretches you.
• You will not be shamed, therapized, or broken down. You will be challenged, respected, and expected to contribute.

REMEMBER:

This is NOT for men who:
– Want a survival certification or skills course
– Expect luxury, comfort, or resort amenities
– Want therapy or clinical mental health support
– Want to be entertained instead of participate

This IS for men who:
– Want a unique adventure and a story to tell

– Want a real, physical challenge in a safe container
– Want time away from noise to listen to themselves
– Are willing to work, contribute, and support other men

If you decide to apply, treat it as your first act of leadership: answer honestly, take it seriously, and we’ll do the same on our side. We’d rather protect the container than fill spots, and that’s exactly how we keep the experience powerful for the men who come.
