These are the founding ELEMTL expeditions — the first men to set foot on an untamed private island and shape its future. Very few will ever experience something like this.
ELEMTL: Expedition One is a small-crew, adventure for men.
- Over four days, you’ll be placed into four-man crews and face the elements both individually and together.
- You’ll clear paths with machetes like a badass, build fire and structures with your bare hands, navigate the shoreline, and work together to complete challenges tied to the Four Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air --the same forces that have shaped men for thousands of years.
- Days are spent shoulder-to-shoulder on mission. Nights are spent all twelve together around the fire, integrating what the day exposed.
- You’re welcome to eat only what you catch and forage — but this is not a starvation or survival retreat. We will eat well. You will not be miserable; but you will be tested.
- Before arriving, you’ll complete a short Elemental Profile so we can place you in a crew that stretches you, supports you, and reveals strengths you may not see in yourself.
This is not a packaged retreat or a resort experience. It is a frontier crucible and wild island adventure — work, risk, laughter, challenge, and honest reflection if you want — that's it.

The Daily Rhythm
Mornings: All 12 men set the frame for the day
Daytime: Crews of four on separate element-based missions
Late Afternoon: Ocean, rest, decompression
Nights: Shared meal, fire, challenge, and integration
Each day is designed as a blend of work, adventure, challenge, reflection, and community.
What Makes December's Expedition One Different
This is the first and only time we are running this at this price and with a completely untouched island. You will feel like an actual explorer who has come across a new land. This will come with additional challenges as well and perhaps the most unique experience the island will ever give anyone.
It is YOUR chance to quite literally blaze trails with a machete like a badass, build fire with your bare hands, and challenge yourself in ways few men will ever get the chance to do.

Price
- The future price of ELEMTL will be $3K, but December's Expedition One participants get a founder rate of $1k. I’m discounting this first expedition because you are my test group. In exchange, we want brutal feedback, full participation, and permission to use your story/images/video. Deal?
Terms/Expectations
- Every man signs a simple agreement:
- Show up fully (no half-in, half-out)
- Complete challenges to the best of your ability
- Understand there is risk and you will use common sense
- Give a written and video testimonial of your experience (good or bad)
Logistics & Details
- Dates: December 17–21, 2025 (4 Days / 4 Nights)
- Application deadline: Dec 5th, 2025
- You'd fly into BZE (Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport)
- If selected, we will hop on a call so you can ask any questions
NOTE: If you can't make December, you can apply for January's Expedition at 50% off ($1500) or Febuary's Expedition at 25% ($2250). Dates shown on application. After that, ELEMTL Experiences will be $3k.
